If you’re not familiar with the concept, James Corden’s “Crosswalk the Musical” aims to spice up the otherwise dull period when you’re at a junction and waiting for the light to go green. The host and his Crosswalk Company dress themselves up in elaborate costumes before taking to the streets for some themed mayhem.
Corden and his entourage then wait for the traffic light to turn red before storming the crosswalk with singing and dancing performances for the motorists. Although the team has orchestrated some truly brilliant musicals themed around “Beauty and the Beast” and “Aladdin,” their “Frozen” tribute which also starred Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel was truly memorable.
