Johnny Briggs, 85, Born In 1935 – Coronation Street
In 1976, Johnny Briggs got to portray Mike Baldwin for the first time in the Coronation Street series. He was in his 30s back then, and little did he know that the character would keep him busy up until the ‘00s. He stopped collaborating with the show in 2006 but made a brief comeback in 2012 for a special.
Briggs is 85 years old at the moment. He reportedly splits his time between his apartment at Portishead, North Somerset in England, and his house in Florida. The last time he was on TV was for the Deirdre and Me: A Tribute documentary movie in 2015.
