A beautiful 67-year-old woman, the model/photographer Barbara Minty knows exactly what it takes to look good in a picture. She worked extensively as a model during the ’70s, collaborating with the reputable modeling agents Eileen Ford and Nina Blanchard.
In 1980, she made headlines after tying the knot with Steve McQueen, the American actor who was rightfully known as the “King of Cool.” McQueen’s third wife, Minty, was sadly unable to enjoy the company of her husband for long: that same year, McQueen died from heart failure. In 2017, Minty appeared in the biographical documentary Steve McQueen: American Icon.
