Chuck Yeager, 97, Born In 1923 – Flying Without Fear
Now this one’s a bit out of the ordinary. Carl Yeager is a retired US Air Force officer and air ace. His name is noted to go down in the books of history as the first person to have flown a plane at a speed more bolting than the speed of sound. It happened in 1947.
Even after facing such risky adventures, Yeager has lived to be 97 (and counting). Undoubtedly, he is spending his retirement reminiscing about all the significant life experiences he gained, especially being a pilot. Yeager has been married to his second wife, actress Victoria Scott D’Angelo, since 2003.
