At the age of 79, the American actor Ryan O’Neal has a life worthy of a movie plot. But he’s not thinking about retiring, and he’s still been busy in recent years. A former boxer, O’Neal found fame after starring in the soap opera Peyton Place. Later, he became an Academy Award-nominated actor after making it to movies such as Love Story and Paper Moon.
Most notably, he made it to the cast of Barry Lyndon, the 1975 Stanley Kubrick masterpiece about an 18th-century opportunist. In recent years, he’s been back on the television, making it to shows such as Bones and 90210.
