VISIT THE PAST AND RECALL THESE LEGENDARY CELEBRITIES THAT WE ONCE LOVED

Ali MacGraw, 81, Born In 1939 – Goodbye, Colombus

American actress Ali MacGraw may have lost the momentum that characterized her early career, but she’s never lost her good looks. In 1969, she made an impression on the viewers after starring in the romantic comedy-drama Goodbye, Colombus and winning a Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Newcomer.

Later, she made it to movies such as Love Story and The Getaway, but she was never able to deliver in the way many expected her to. She retired from acting in 2012, after years of appearing mainly as herself or as a narrator in TV productions such as Passion & Poetry: The Ballad of Sam Peckinpah and Split Estate.
