Sir Cliff Richard is the Cliff from that statement, and he is an icon with over 250 million record sales worldwide. Move It, his 1958 hit song, is often defined as the U.K.’s first authentic rock and roll tune.
At 80 years old, Richard is still active in the scene, with a career spanning over six decades. Whenever he’s not on tour, he spends his time between Barbados and Portugal. In 2019, the musician decided to move to New York.
