Finding a Hiding Spot
The first door revealed an overstocked broom closet, the pungent scent of cleaning chemicals wafting into Toby’s nostrils. He figured that must be the janitor’s haven. Door number two led him into a small, snug kitchenette, complete with well-worn tables and a half-drunk mug of coffee still warm. Clearly, this was where the staff came to unwind.
Toby was ready to crack open the third mystery door when the sound of voices sent a jolt of panic through him. If he got spotted in this off-limits zone, it’d be game over! Quick thinking and quicker action was needed. Luckily, Toby was never short of either.
