Golden Globe-nominated actress Piper Perabo and director Stephen Kay worked on the Covert Affairs series before getting engaged in 2013 and married the following year. After saying their vows in New York City, the pair allegedly partied at the reception to a New Orleans-style band. They have no kids together, but Kay has a daughter who Perabo treats as her own.
In June 2020, the couple got invited as guests on the 20/20 Series, created by Liz Hinlein, New York Film Academy’s Creative Director of Filmmaking and Cinematography. That year, Perabo also starred on Showtime’s Penny Dreadful.
