With her show, production, and journalism career, you can bet that Lara Spencer’s schedule is packed. A product of the NBC Page Programme, at the beginning of her career Spencer volunteered to gain experience before becoming a one-person band of reporter, producer, cameraman, and driver at CBS affiliate station WDEF-TV in Tennessee.
Her work ethic would drive her towards anchoring roles at CBS with Good Morning America while also excelling as a producer, starting shows like It’s Worth What? hosted by Cedric The Entertainer. Spencer has also published two books and is currently focusing on her production career, cutting down her time on GMA.
