The Traffic Cone That Came to Life
Imagine driving through a road construction site and seeing a guy dressed head-to-toe in the same orange and white striped design as the traffic cones. He blended in so seamlessly with the other traffic materials that it was hard to tell where the cones ended and he began. It was as if he had decided to take his fashion cues from the construction crew.
Hopefully, he didn’t accidentally cause drivers to swerve in confusion trying to avoid hitting a walking traffic cone. At least he was being safe by wearing bright colors. According to the Federal Highway Administration, high-visibility clothing can help reduce the risk of accidents in construction zones.
