Donatella Versace’s professional successes cannot be denied. After her brother Gianni, founder of the famous fashion label Versace, was tragically killed by a serial killer in 1997, she took over the family empire during this difficult time. Since then she has been chief designer there and has played a key role in leading the label to success.
However, for many years, she only endured the pressure with the help of drugs. In addition, she repeatedly put herself under the knife of the cosmetic surgeons. She had such extensive interventions made that when you look at old photos you really don’t recognize her anymore. Unfortunately, Donatella is also an example of how running away from old age doesn’t work.
