Ice baths boost immunity as it frightens the weakening of our immune systems and the quick spread of germs. It can even soothe the muscles, reduce inflammation, increase energy levels, and improve mood. However, we have to put emphasis on “when done accordingly.” So do further research and evaluate yourself and the environment.
