So one thing La La Anthony was doing was being a fame seeker when she met NBA icon Carmelo Anthony. She was already famous herself and was a VJ on the popular MTV show Total Request Live while also having stints on several VH1 shows like Charm School with Ricki Lake. This was before she met her husband.
She also landed acting roles in You Got Served and Think Like A Man one and two. While both she and Anthony have achieved great success, their marriage has been challenged. In fact, they separated in 2017, although they eventually reconciled in December 2018. In 2021 La La filed for divorce.
