Meeting Doctor Ellis
“Relax, I know a lot of people are after this book — I’m not one of them,” The doctor reassured Toby. “I mean, I know that this book has existed, and I am so fascinated to see what’s in it… may I?” He asked gently, extending his arm towards Toby. Toby didn’t know if could trust the doctor, but in that moment, Ellis was his best bet.
He hesitated for a moment and then slowly handed Ellis the book. Eagerly, the doctor flipped through a few pages, and after what seemed like an eternity, he looked down at Toby and said, “You’re about to become a rich boy, you know that?”
