Whenever Jim Morrison stepped onto the stage, people would be awe-struck in advance, ready for the spiritual awakening they’d come to experience. It was only until the downfall of the lead songwriter Jim Morrison that things started to change for the band.
In their earlier days, however, Morrison’s voice and persona hypnotically put the listeners into a trance. His lyrics were mesmerizing as well, and those were the foundation of what put his band among the A-Listers. The rock legend was the theme of the 1991 film “The Doors.”
